Thats unusual, they usually just send the email questionnaires and the only way you know if you have got it is when it lands on the mat. And then you get the follow up questionnaire once you have tried the product.
Makes more sense though if they have changed it now to let people know beforehand.

Hi is anyone doing the nail product test? This may sound a stupid question but I have to apply nail strengthener each week, do I remove it first before applying the next coat? Sorry if I sound a bit dumb but not sure what to do - this is the first product I have had to test.

Hi thanks for your reply. This is a nail strengthener like a clear nail varnish and it told me to apply it once a week for 4 weeks. I assume I remove it every week and re apply but I am not sure.0

I got an email not long ago to complete a questionnaire, but I'm having problems when it gets to the page about what you'd like to test. I ticked that I'd like to test every product on the list (apart from 'None of the above'), but when I click Next at the bottom it says '! This question requires an answer' above it. I've tried refreshing, only leaving one ticked, going back and even clicking None of the above, but it's still not working.
Is anyone else having the same problem?Will try emailing them about it.

Thanks for the reply! I guess it's a problem with the survey thenI didn't get picked last time, so was thinking I wouldn't get picked again this time either if I couldn't complete it. I've just sent an email to them too, so hopefully they'll sort it out!
Update: I just received a reply saying that the problem has now been sorted out0 -
