From my experience that is generally not the case. I've filled out quite a few of these surveys but have only received one or two things to test out. It all depends if you are selected and filling out the survey is the first stage.

The surveys are just asking what you'd be interested in testing, then if you're selected they get in touch / send you the product. I get picked about 50% of the time I'd guess, probably a bit less. You don't hear back if you're not picked.

It needs to be 6 months since you tested it and you just need to quote the product number to them.

Thank you, thought that was the email I'd used in the past but it comes back as undeliverable. I'll try calling instead.

Hi I only applied online about 2 months ago and have just received my first email today asking if I wish to test facial and nail products. Filled in all the questions so I will just wait and see what happens.
