    anyone having problems with the blotting paper survey? even though i TICK YES it arrived in the next page it says sorry it didnt arrive!!! :( arhh!

    I didnt have this one but had the serum one,it asked if I had a reaction or any probs I said no and it goes on to say sorry could I describe the reaction,think there was an any other comments box at the end where I explained wot had happened.

    I've just had to emails asking if I wanted to test eye/lip pencils & nail stickers but when I clicked through they said they'd got enough people. I only received the emails a few minutes before!

    Same here choc - had been about 10 minutes. One for something the other day was 2 minutes after the email hit my gmail inbox! Gone from having a reasonable amount of testing items to none lately (except 1 I didn't request and wouldn't have).

    Yes I just had two emails for the finger nail foils & eye and lip pencils and got the following message on both!

    Thank you for your interest but we have now got all the volunteers we need for this study.

    Went to hit yes to test a product today and hit no in error :( no chance to go back.

    Also we seem to be getting far less tests now, I have received 20 less test products this year :shocked: :sad: :huh:
