I have never had much of a problem with spam until I started getting emails from SP Club/Casino a couple of months ago.

Since then I get at least 5 messages a day from them. I use Opera as my mail client which doesn't have a very good spam filter.

I don't want to get rid of the yahoo account in question so I tried filtering mail via gmail but it still gets through because I keep the yahoo account in Opera to send out emails from it.

Is there an easy way of stopping the SP Club/Casino messages? I know if I try to unsubscibe I will be inundated with more rubbish!

I have noticed that I am receiving these as well, to my Gmail account.

Seem to be sent to a group of people along with me, going by the CC listing. There are a couple of names that keep cropping up, however I don't know any of them.

Not sure if this is just general spam, but at the moment it is all I am getting. Thankfully, Gmail is pretty good at sorting spam, so I have only noticed it because I am monitoring the folder for something else.

Perhaps you could set up a filter in Yahoo, to send the mail to the spam folder?

    Thanks for your reply.

Yahoo puts it in spam but must also send it to Opera. I suppose I could delete the Yahoo account in Opera but I would have to sign into Yahoo if I want to send emails from the Yahoo account.

It seems stupid that one lot of spam could cause this much hassle!
