Considering a water birth - any experiences/advice?

    I'm going through hypnobirthing classes at the moment with my OH in preparation for my 2nd child.

    Seems really good - they don't promise a pain free birth, but the whole thing seems to be much more relaxed and helps you to work with your body to birth your baby

    NB: Used birthing pool for birth of my DS - but think I got in the water way too early which slowed my labour. Really nice though, but go with what you feel as it's happening - if you try water and don't really like it then get out - on the other hand if you love it use it.....
