Car Hire

I have got rid of my car, was wondering if its cheaper just to hire one for a weekend, also do I have to get m own insurance, is there a short term car insurance?

    True but the costs are often extortionate - its usually cheaper to arrange you own or at least get cover for the damage excess from a specialist company.

    Watch the insurance excess, It maybe £500, Even a tiny scratch or ding and you could lose that.

    I hired one today.
    £24 all in, but £500 excess if I scuff it.
