Most people just get the Tube to Earls Court from whatever train station they arrive in London at.
But the nearest rail station is West Brompton which doesn't have many non-local trains using it.

Got back yesterday from London and I had a fantastic time. Quite a few £s lighter but spent 2 days at the Ideal Home Exhibition so I know where it all went! Think next year I need 3 days at the show and I will take our own car rather than flying as you cannot take much home.0

Glad you enjoyed it Jo4. We went a couple of weekends ago. We only live 45 mins away and parked underneath Earls Court for £17. Its sounds a lot, but there were four of us in the car - so a lot cheaper than rail fare.
You are right though, you need more than a day to visit everything. We didn't see half as much as we'd hoped, but our feet were killing us, and we were laden down with purchases. Will take a shopping trolley next year!!!Only 5% of those who can give blood, actually do!
