We use a BT vision box and have always been very happy with it.
Recently we have had a few problem with viewing and recording certain channels this has been since the Switchover. Some program's and channels are perfect, others you can't watch or hear.
Most channels show high percentage DTT signal strength but Film 4 and ITV 4 are very low.
We have retuned several times, any help would be appreciated.

If you use a different machine to record on, has that been re-tuned if the vision box was?0

Sounds like OP is doing everything on the BT Vision box, and their reception was fine before the switchover. Check the website as above for information about your specific transmitter. There are 6 multiplexes (muxes), groups of channels, and it sounds like you're now missing one. It may be that you have a narrowband aerial and need a wideband one, or maybe your aeriel has moved slightly?0
