Need advice asap
Be as quick as I can. Saved up £8500 for a new car, hubby saved £1000 of this, I saved £5500 and I borrowed the other 2k from my mum who i'm still paying back. Hubby has turned into a pr**k overnight and looks like we may be separating. He said if I kick him out he'll take car and I cant prove that I paid for most of it....he's gonna lie and say he did. Thing is not only is v5 in his name (i dont drive) but I saved all money in my account and he tried to pay on my card but because he wasnt card holder it declined so I transferred the money to his bank and he paid for it on his card (i couldnt get to garage as i had the kids with me and it was 2 bus rides away).
I did sign all the forms (evans helshaw) when the car was delivered but he made all the calls and paid the £100 deposit on his bank card and he has told me he made it look as though he paid for the car himself....he never mentioned me in any of it so I guess it was a shock to the dealer when I signed the forms!!
My question is what do I do? do I have a leg to stand on? i'm still paying my mum 2k and the other 5 k took me ages to save, how do I prove this and can he take the car if we split? I cant afford to lose 5.5k. He says he needs car for work and i dont drive so I have no chance of keeping it and I cant stop him taking it even though he only paid £1000 in total toward it (but is gonna lie if need be and say he paid for it all!).
Advice please
(my money saved came from sale of last car which was bought with a student loan i still havent paid off, 2 k off my mum and my savings)

I'd imagine you paying a large sum into his account not long before he paid Evans Halshaw a large amount might help you a bit.0

Advice on modern males (not men as the term man has to be earned by respect) given freely, if it quacks and waddles there's a good chance its a duck, modern blokes who have no concept of honour best avoided.
Advice on the situation you find yourself in is best sought from a competent lawyer...say not another word regardless of how much your soon to be ex taunts you until you have sought professional advice, do not tell your partner you are seeking legal advice, take any relevent documents with you including bank statements etc.
Go tomorrow before any more time passes and any more words are exchanged.0
