Neighbour Disputes

Does having a neighbour come round and complain about noise from D.I.Y a few years back count as something you have to put on your selling form or does it have to be more serious then that i.e a written complaint?

I thought it was something you had to have made a formal written complaint about to the Local Authority about noise or a boundary dispute rather than an informal complaint made neighbour to neighbour.0

I think it's more about you having problems with the neighbours or them having issues with things you've done to the house, than you making a bit too much noise. You're leaving anyway, there's no issue.
Even if you told the story, I doubt it would bother your buyers
