Has anyone else had a market research call from Lloyds? Bit worried now...

I just had a call from some market research company on behalf of Lloyds tsb. They knew my full name, and when I made my last transaction.
They asked me some questions about the cashier, how I rate lloyds, etc.
Was this a legit call? I've never had anything like this before, but when I came off the phone, my mum said I was stupid for agreeing to answer the questions. But they didn't ask me anything too risky, so I don't see why she's so worried... The only strange this is that they called so late at night. so yeah, now I'm worried because she worried me.
Did anyone else get this call? Just to put my mind at rest?

Sounds quite legit. I've had 'customer feedback' type calls at this time of night before now.....most call centres are open til ten in the UK.
As long as they didn't ask you for your card number and PIN0 -
i used to get these all the time when i was a customer with lloyds0

^Thanks for the reassurance. I never got these when I was with HSBC... And I'm sure I opted not to get market research offers/calls when I signed up.
Just thought it seemed a bit weird for them to be calling so late. They didn't ask for my address/pin/account number/dob/anything else personal.0 -
Yes it is legimate. Branches are scored for how they treated you as a customer.0

You can have it put on your record that you dont want calls. We did - we were sick to death of them!0
