hi all
Have any of you had Trevor & Baines contatct you about pursuing a personal injury claim due a motor accident? If so please get in touch - as I'm trying hard to track them down as they acquired my personal/accident details and my insurer have confirmed it wasn't them!

If you are trying to find out how they got the details I'd suggest not wasting your time. This sort of data has a fairly high value attached to it and is sold and resold hundreds of times so tracing back to the original source is next to impossible.

It could still be a rogue employee at your insurer (or any third party insurer who may be involved) who passes on injury victims details privately for a commission (or an ambulance driver/cop etc)! Not a lot you can do, as virtually untraceable.
