5. The prize is: a one night B&B for two people (both over 18) sharing a twin or double room at the Apex Temple Court Hotel, on a weekend night only. The prize must be taken within six months of the prize voucher valid from date. Prize needs to be booked in advance and is subject to availability. Anything extra will need to be paid for. No cash alternative available or travel expenses will be offered.

same here ..it is something to do with their system updates: once they'd asked for my permission - I just sent another email reply saying yes please - permission granted. All sorted. phew. One of my favourite sites :-)0
