I presume would have to start from scratch as the data for both would be different formats

    Hahahahahah
You want proper sensible software that's compatible with the Rest of the World to run on an iDevice?

You cannot even install a measly browser on an iDevice, that will remember and manage your passwords LOCALLY without passing your info to a remote server. Roboform can do this on Windows. Firefox can do this on Windows and on Android.

Not allowed on (non-Jailbroken) iPhones or iPads, desist with such naughty thoughts!

I have it on both my PC, iPhone and iPad. You have to sign up to Roboform Everywhere I think, and then sync it with your other devices.

Yes, lots of iThings work well with online subscription services... where Apple gets a 30% cut, I wonder?

You might have got a free trial, but will have to pay when it runs out, such as in 30 days time. Login online and it should say under your account.
Look at it this way... In a hundred years who's gonna care?

If you own an Android phone, Firefox for Android offers a proper password manager built-in with master password etc.. Some import/export tools may be lacking - other posters on this thread please comment if there are ways!

Still, Android provides the benchmark price for such a convenience: FREE!

LastPass is free for iPad, it is a bit clunky as it depends on it's own less than perfect browser. But it sorta works. The iPhone version of LastPass needs a subscription.
