Best market to sell some vintage wicker furniture?

My parents have asked me to sell a garden wicker table and chair, each overlaying (what I'm guessing is) a cast iron hoop frame. Apparently they weren't new when my parents acquired them, who reckon both date from the 1950s. The condition seems fine - I can't remember them ever being used.

I'm far outside my comfort zone selling this kind of item. Can anyone advise what would be the best marketplace? [Obviously it would be a buyer collects scenario].

My first thought was eBay, but I'm not sure if that would be the obvious place to look from a buyer's perspective.

I doubt I would get much for them at a bootsale and I'd rather avoid haggling with barrow boys.

I also suspect listing on Gumtree will result in numerous enquiries from gentlemen in Lagos, offering to richly reward me if I give them my bank details! :D

But beyond these obvious marketplaces, are there any other alternatives?

If you think they have a value try taking a good photo to a bricks and mortar auction house and seeing if they will sell them for you
