Transfer money to Spain

Wish to transfer money from the UK to a Spanish bank account to make amonthly direct debit for a broadband service

Not sure how to do it

But think best option may be to set up a current account in both UK and Spain that is free for transfers like Citi bank I believe

Put money in Uk account then transfer it to the Spanish account so direct debit can be paid

Is there any easier way or would funds transfer be easier, but not sure of cost

Regardless though will need to setup Spanish bank account

But dont know what is best todo

cheapest option is to have bank accounts with same bank in both countries. I know you can do this via Halifax using their UK branches and Banco Hispania - the account can be set up from the UK and transfers between the two are free of charge.
