I went there today, last time they wouldn't accept my NUS card.
Today I took my UCAS Card, they couldnt say no as their logo was on the back. Instead they said it is for non sale items only!! Everything is on sale there!
Please advise! thanks!

Your UCAS card?????
Do you mean your university card? Or have UCAS actually started issuing applicants with a card (which seems like a massive waste of money!)April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200 -

Its a gimmick card you are allowed to sign up to at sixta form. Gives you some 'student' discounts but most, if not all, are NUS card discounts anyway. The card is optional and seperate to UCAS applications. Upon signing up for one you also sign yourself up to recieve junk mail for a few years (both e-mail and snail mail)! They say you can't put a value on life... but I live it at half price!0 -
Some shops don't accept student/staff discount on top of sale prices. I just don't ever buy stuff there and stick with the places which do allow discount on top of sale prices e.g. Topshop, DP, Boots, Thornton's etc0
