I've just had this email from Swagbucks support after a daily survey failed to credit. It seems that they can't or won't do anything about it. There's no point in sending tickets really is there?

I do apologize for the error you received while taking a survey. If you do
experience any errors while taking surveys or where not properly redirected back
Swagbucks.com upon completion, your answers will not be calculated in the survey
results as a successful completion and a credit will not be issued.

Please know Swagbucks.com does not host any of the surveys on our servers. We
apologize we have no control over any errors experienced on the survey company's
servers. We again do apologize for any trouble you experience.

Most of the new surveys seem to become available in the afternoon. I do the vids and then wait till later to look at the surveys.

Managed to do a trusted survey this morning (my first ever I think) and have cashed in another £5 agc, my second this week

Exactly the same here!
Even tried to fill out a couple of the profile questions for the surveys to get a few easy 2 -4 SB, etc. Got 49 questions into one of the profile sections(!!) and they kicked me out too!!!

Oop i watched that Samsung video about 20 times all over the site and got a swag point everytime - now beinging to think I should have only watched it once will they shut down my account??

Don't do it.

The more profiles you fill out the less survey you get.
