... if it credits straight away, brilliant
... if it doesn't then screenshot that page and wait 3-5 days and then contact swagbucks with your screenshot confirmation and ask for the credit

LOL. I gave up sending in screenshots as I only ever got the reply that my answers hadn't been received. If they don't credit it's always been a case of "Tough, there's nothing we can do!"

I did this over an hour ago and it hasn't credited. It says it's still being verified. I seem to have a lot of trouble with the offers.

Are you on a MAC ? I know Toria has troubles which could be put down to using a MAC

What browser are you using ? Is it up to date ?
    Same with Java ?
    Same with Flash Player ?

For anyone reading with no technical knowledge I am simply trying to point out that some offers and surveys have been coded so they work best in a certain browser and/or may need updated flash player or anything such like in order to run fully and track fully as well. Therefore it could be wise to check everything is up to date on the computer first.

If you still feel concerned, possibly send an email to the offer wall company and/or swagbucks asking them to check your account for you to make sure you haven't been blocked in anyway for whatever reason

I do offers, some credit, some don't .. those that don't tend to be the spammy "win this prize" type ones and those that require clicking lots of "no"'s on pages etc
I tend to avoid them now

No I do not work for swagbucks

You may see it as me repeating myself but some members are still confused so I have posted it as simply as I can

Screenshots are a law unto themselves

You have to have time and date showing in botttom right hand corner
You need to have your email address partially showing as well, the one that you use for swagbucks
And also the swagbucks website open, as well as the survey complete page

Sadly I'm not using a Mac. I find that some surveys work best in Chrome and some offers work best in Opera. I used Opera to complete the Sponsor Pay offer but maybe I should have used Chrome. I do also have Firefox and IE but I'm not all that keen on either of these. Sometimes if something doesn't work properly in one browser it helps to try another one. This applies to just about everything on the net, even ordering from Tesco Direct!

    Various options, eg
    XX4 3HG
    xx43hg
    XX43HG

sometimes it wants all capital letters, other times it wants it all in one word
if these don't work, try 5 numbers

    True, lol.

I'm on FF 14 and Chrome myself but just use Firefox for swagbucks etc
Agree that IE - not keen
    Never used Opera though
