i quit in the end. i have attempted 7 surveys today and everytime my internet crashed towards the end! managed to complete the 8th phew!

I'm changing broadband provider, this has been going on 6+ months and O2 keep telling me nothing is wrong and implied i'm lying at 1 point. well the 12 months is up and i'm gone.

Ah I see! I couldn't get anything from Sunday's daily survey so I can keep trying today (Monday). I can also try Monday's daily survey now it is out but if I get a completed one I can't try any more from the other day. Thank you!
