STILL no surveys for me - they are there but i get disqualified

Just managed to get 50/50 today by doing the sbtv and the odd 1sb video! Got a 9sb search BUT i`m now needing 4 collectors bill but keep getting the same one:rotfl:

I asked this as well ... There was a menu somewhere. So unhelpful but I can not remember. Grr wonder if I search on myself then the kind person who answered me might show on the same page

i completed a survey for cadburys earlier on peanut lab (i think). it said it would credit in half an hour but still hasn't. I did take a screen shot but i'm unsure what to do now. where do i raise a ticket to please?
