Is it telling you that there are 4 reasons why you may not be able to complete the surveys? something about the computer already having completed it or I am not in the same country as I say I am? I tried my mobile dongle so it's not the wi fi.

My account it set to uk and I am in the uk. not sure what else I can do.

Aagggh kicking myself now .. I started swagbucks beginning of july and am upto 4300 points and have never really checked out the redemption levels until now! lol didnt realise only needed 849 points to redeem amazon voucher. i was thinking i needed thousands haha excited now! How many can you redeem at once? are there any restrictions?

You can only redeem 5 of each denomination per month so you could do 5 £5 AGC vouchers (although you can only redeem twice per day so maybe do 2 today and 2 tomorrow) Hope this makes sense. Some people save for paypal too but the £5 AGC work out to be better value than anything else

Help needed please. I have tried to sort this out myself but I am having to admit defeat. I'm sure it is just something I am missing. I bought something from Avon through Trial Pay. I have received the order and payment was made through PayPal but I haven't received the SBs. I went on the contact us section and it tells me I must first go to my Special Offers Wall and do things from there. I just can't find my Special Offers wall. All I can find is my Settings and my Ledger. Hopefully somebody can point me in the right direction. Thanks in anticipation.

Hi there, You should find the special offers tab under Earn in the blue bar at the top of the screen, from there select support on Trail Pay and get customer support for the specific offer.

Hopefully this will resolve your issue ~ J

has anyone found any offers that have credited straight away recently ? Im dubious about trying offers anymore as none of them were crediting for me at one point and was having to claim manually for everything

First daily survey in days and it didnt credit - Hope it does it took an age to complete!!

Oh dear yes, I did an offer earlier, think it was worth 48sb, but it didn't credit; I don't normally bother with special offers, but this one was just a registration, oh well.

Don't think I'll get much joy out of the delightful automated response
