Hello,

The issue is not whether how many manual credits can be applied, the issue is regarding more towards the account always needing the assistance of the support team to receive currency. As of today, this account has not been able to complete one offer without the assistance of the support team. The account history shows you have been interacting with our offer wall since April. Since the beginning of this account, not one offer has been completed as of yet. Our system shows you have reported 4 offers in total. More than likely the last reported offer in our system could very well be the last manual credit we can apply since this issue is quite consistent on this account.

As we previously explained as well, there is no real way to determine a specific solution for this issue. We typically ask the customer to always use a private/home network, and try not to use any type of public networks. Public networks have been known to not communicate with our servers which disables the system from processing the offer properly. In most other cases, it can be as simple as the network being so slow that the communication times out, which can affect the processing negatively. Hopefully some of these scenarios will shed light on any possible scenarios you may of over looked. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.

I asked for assistance because I reported 3 offers that have not credited. One of their 4 was me reporting a fault not asking for credit. So glad I bothered to send them help regarding a fault. That's really upset me. I emailed asking for help, giving them a list of my specs on the computer and they ban me.

I have enough for all five £5 Amazon ones and at the moment on my current balance will have 3314SBs leftover. That's enough for £10 Paypal at the moment, but am going to keep plugging away and adding to it.

The daily goal bar has been brilliant for keeping my focus on logging in every day - hopefully they'll start August with a nice low target :rotfl:
