Anyone else's home page disappeared??

Don't know what I've done, when I click on the home page bit it just takes me to the search bar.....

I've not been credited for the daily survey either today, I've raised a ticket, but don't hold out much hope, I hadn't worked out how to do a screen shot and it timed out and also it says allow 3-5 days to credit but it's usually instant

I understand proxy to mean some kind of add-on in your browser that allows hidden surfing.

For example, you use a proxy server to allow you to view blocked sites at your work, or to hide your "interesting" web surfing from your parents/partner.

I don't know why this would affect SB though unless it's some kind of add-on you're using that affects how they track your offers.

My daily survey didn't credit either. I print screened it, but then copied their email address before I'd pasted it onto word so I've lost it First time a survey hasn't worked for me. If it doesn't credit, I take it we can't take another one?

that happened to me so i manually typed in the address and it fixed itself

I've used a proxy server before in Internet Explorer. I'm using Chrome now. Check your browser settings and see if you can find anything in there that says you're using a proxy server as this would stop it tracking. These settings are usually used when you don't want every Tom, !!!!!! and Harry following your every move. You may also have a plug in that stops tracking. If you know someone "techy" they may be able to have a look for you.
