    just grabbed the daily survey for Monday mine was about mobile phones mainly Samsung, was actually fun in some parts saw a ad with Beckham playing a tune on some drums i never seen i thought was cool. but not got the points for it yet.

    just hit 50 sb with the mobile app is that the cap for that then?

    up to 696 sb since friday now and 156 for today :)

    I'm up to 252sb's for today, another 3 to come just shortly from sbtv before I leave work.

    Only half making up for doing almost nothing on sb since Thurday :o

    But we did get a new puppy on Friday :j So many more exciting things to do than sb, like watching him sleep, chasing his tail etc(even if it does pay out quickly lol)
    Can't think of anything smart to put here...

    just did the 100sb trusted survey about broadband. had a scare part way through when it said 'service unavailable'. i just kept refreshing until it let me back in. then just completed and got the bucks :)

    I`m struggling to get 80/100 - not a good day.

    I am hoping for a BIG search win OR maybe get the kids to do my SBTV`s haha!

    Great ... Just spent 45 minutes doing a rather long and tedious Neilsen survey about Mobile phones and not been credited for it!!!

  • I raised a ticket for my 113SB survey that was never credited, and included screenshots and got the standard "The survey company cannot find your completed survey" rubbish.

    Here is my response:
    "Hi, thank you for your reply, but I'm afraid the survey company is incorrect. I have attached my screenshots; in the Word document you can see the start page from Swagbucks with the survey details and the one underneath is from the survey company saying that I have indeed completed the survey, and you can see the URL at the top. You will notice the date and time in the bottom left hand corner showing that these were within half an hour of each other. I've included the indivudual JPEG of the landing page and also the Word document including both screenshots as it's much easier to read in the Word document.

    If the survey company's software hasn't recorded my answers, then I'm afraid that's their problem, not mine. If I'm doing the work for them, then I expect to be adequately compensated. Please ask them again to send me my credits; this problem has cropped up many times recently, and not just with me, I've spoken to many people who are constantly having to raise tickets for not being credited, only to be told they haven't actually done the survey, even though they've provided screen shots. To me, this is adequate proof, and the only proof that we are asked to provide. If we are providing this proof and still being told that we haven't completed it, then what's the point?

    Please forward my screenshots to the company and ask them again to credit me with 113SB. Many thanks."

    So annoying that they think they can get away with making us work for free! Let's see what happens now.

    Just done the daily survey and once again no credit :( Getting a bit sick of it now !
