Something is definitely wrong with the daily surveys. Completed one and it didn't credit. Thought I might have done something wrong myself as it let me in to do another (normally doesn't when one has been completed). Did a second one, but got the same outcome. Have done a ticket also.

I haven't been credited either for my daily survey (sky movies).

got to the homepage, down at the bottom it says "contact us" there

I've just done the daily suevey too and it didnt credit . It was about online security. That's three in the last week !

only at 42 for the day ive sent a ticket about the daily surveys and also notified via PM on facebook that everyone is having issues so hopefully be sorted soon
