does anyone know if theres anything on firefox that wud stop offers from tracking? they used to track when i first started 2 weeks ago but for some reason no special offers are tracking now only sbtv, tasks and some surveys. ive not changed any settings since starting and have checked under my options and it does say it will remember my history and keep my cookies so not sure what else to look for if i cant sort this, it will take forever to reach cash out levels

I feel you! Someone bought some rings off me and I had only put £1.75 postage however it cost me £2.20 when I got there but obv I had to send them my own error and she only went and said I charged to much postage.

I mean they were in a gift box and a jiffy bag which was inside a plastic postage bag. So there was nothing wrong with my packing, it was padded and in plastic so it did not get wet. Is send recorded so it's covered and I don't make more than a few pence if anything on postage.

Just finding people want things for free now :-( grr lol

I sm afraid I am in the same boat hon. Nothing credits for me either, well kinda a lie about 1 in 30 credits.

I have messaged every single wall and swagbucks about it and post on the fb wall and all I get is I must have anti virus (I don't) adblock, (I don't) use chrome (already was), clear cookies (I do all the time makes no difference), try a different comp (I tried dad's my spare and my ipad) If you find anything share because I am having to ask for manual credit for everything and pretty much given in on offers unless necessary.

I have even had three instances now where I have done the offer, gone to the wall to submit the ticket and there is no offer even listed :-/

Happened with the audio.co.uk one, signed up and nowt

Not meaning to moan, genuinely like you want to get it sorted just not sure what else to do. :-( xx

I'm new to swagbucks and I've read some of this thread and tried to follow what others have done. But I don't know what I'm doing wrong.. I'm not earning any points. And the surveys!... Gee whizz, I do them and then get told I don't qualify. Can you tell me where to find the points? Thank you!

What's your daily routine? Do you do surveys on the offer walls? Do you watch videos on the offer walls? Do SBTV? It might help to give us an idea of what you do on SB to see where you're losing gaining opportunities!

I watch videos which give 2sb and have attempted to do surveys but I never qualify despite getting quite far into them.
What is SBTV?

I currently have 63sb. I was hoping to earn amazon vouchers as often as some on this forum have done. It would be a huge help towards Christmas

If you go on the drop down menu next to the green SB logo, it gives you options such as Swagbucks TV and Daily Polls, which you can do. The NOSO gives you 2 SB every day just for clicking No through the special offers, games gives you swagbucks every so often when you submit a score. SBTV is similar to the videos on the home page but they're on topics such as celebrities/fashion/culture/cooking and when you watch 10 in a row you get SB credited to your account.

Hello! I'm new to the forum too but have been reading this thread for the last month or so since I joined Swagbucks on June 13th. I've already got £25 of vouchers which is great - but I also have lots of questions so hope somebody infinitely more knowledgeable than me can help...

As a starter for 10 - I had to raise a ticket for a survey that didn't credit but when it came to upload screenshots I couldn't find out which format they were supposed to be in. I have them as .bmp or .jpeg but neither actually seemed to attach to the note after I had attempted to upload them. I've been through the faq's and couldn't find details of what I should have done ... does anyone know? Maybe they don't get listed on the form and attached anyway, I just don't know.

How do you get paid for games? I've played a couple, but never seem to get credited for anything also, there is never any indication of how many SB you get for playing or how to achieve SB?
