Did you do screen shots ?

I provided screen shots and they still said they can't find a completed survey by me so they won't be paying out.
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I had a reply about the itv survey too. They can't find a record of my completing it!!! No swagbucks for me!!! Really bloomin annoyed

Same here, just got the same email despite screenshots showing me starting, visiting the itv site and the completion screen.

I blame the survey company rather than SB here, I don't expect SB to pay out if they aren't getting paid themselves but I find the 'can't find a record of it' on behalf of the survey company really fishy.

Yes and provided them. It's made me angry because it's just not fair especially as they must know with the amount of complaints there was a problem with it. I could tell them what thw whole thing was about but what use would it do.

I don't blame swagbucks either it's just they should realise with the amount of complaints about it. I'm extra annoyed because I've done a few surveys on trial pay lately that haven't credited and one was a pee take at 40 minutes long!!! It's just unfair sometimes. Rant over lol

Managed to complete a hellishly boring (and stupid) survey about sportswear for a massive (ha ha) 30SB, but now I'm stuck part way through a non-loading survey about first aid that I'm thinking I might enjoy but it won't load the video I need to watch!

Hehe, I do that too, most days.
Probably won't today as by the looks of it I'll be madly trying to click the videos to get up to the target as not had much time on the computer today, and it sounds like it's been a bit of a slow day for lots of people anyway.
So I'll be sick of it by the time I get to target that I won't want to keep going for another 9 vids!!
