OT but that Nielsens thing I just installed it, and signed up online. On my phone it says it's active but online it says it's not is it ok, does it maybe take a while for website to update? how often do you get points and how often can you cash them in for AGC? Do you get more points if you leave phone on 24/7?

Go to Tools > Contact Support > then enter survey ID and you need a screenshot that shows you completed the survey.
