Um, laptops don't have much space on them typically. The only thing I know that clear space is "my defrag" but that won't address the abundance of information you're trying to put on it. You probably won't need a TB unless you have a digital archive of video games, films and stuff big like that. I'd like to help you with it more but I don't know any more.

Where did you get them from? And do you know the survey group you were sent to do them for? Maybe there's a correlation between survey groups and lack of pay?

theres a few things you can do.

- go to control panel and select 'uninstall a program'. this will show all your installed programs. select and uninstall any that you dont use or dont want.

- you can also select, start --> all programs --> accessories --> system tools. select free up disk space. it wll search or a few minutes. from the window that comes up select temporary files, this is normally a large amount if i've been streaming stuff online.

defragging will just reorganize files to try and make it run quicker

One was a Trusted Survey like everyone else today and the other a Trial pay one. I noticed Trial Pay not paying me out for 3 days now when I neer used to have a problem with them before.

mydefrag deletes any hidden and temporary files, it's surprising how much space they use.

You're right, doh! I automatically clicked on the 'next' button. I've gone back to the URL and completed the survey but I'm not expecting to be credited as I didn't go there directly from SB, but you never know!
