Same here. That's rubbish. I think it's a standard response to anyone who selects DQ as the reason they are contacting support.

I've noticed that if you contact them about surveys but choose disqualified or errors as the option, then you get an automated reply, so never choose those options if you want a real person to respond to you!

If you use Surveyhead and Thats-What-I-Think, I would consider ditching them both as that is the surveys that are on Swagbucks Trusted Surveys ... I think Gratis Points is another one ran by the same people as well

Do you know if the Swagbucks offered for these surveys are worth more than the points offered on these sites? I get quite a few surveys with Gratis Points and they seem to pay quite well. I've just had a £15.99 pay out from them and I wouldn't ditch them. If you get DQ'd with Gratis you still get 10 points. I get DQ'd from most of the Swagbucks surveys. Only PL gives a point for this.
    Don't mess with pensioners.

For me, it was a case of complete 2 surveys in 6 months with surveyhead for 2 dollars .. OR .. earn (x) amount of bucks to go with my current sb total and earn 1 buck per screen out. No brainer for me to be honest.

If you're doing the surveys on GP then chances are that you will get DQ'd from doing them on SB as you've already took the surveys

They are all run by the same people but I do have a bit more luck keeping survey head going as well as trusted surveys. I often look on trusted surveys and nothing is there yet I get something on survey head. But I had decided to do more on sb purely because there is no month wait for them to credit like there is on survey head. Might as well have paypal coming in on swagbucks I guess. Might keep doing odd one of both see how I feel lol. The def do cross over though x

Hi I'd like to join if for July if possible :) Only just found out about this ... in everyones opinions, whats the fastest way of collecting points is it by sticking to the surveys or the daily polls and tasks etc? with surveys you have the risk of being kicked out dont you and they take up a bit of time but do offer good points any advice would be appreciated as I say pretty new to this one thanks!

multiple tabs, videos going in one tab, special offers in the next. I hate tasks with a vengeance but again do that with at least one other tab open. I do surveys on swaggy as a last resort.

Also, welcome to the thread :D
