dont know what to do, should I email them and state It hasnt credited. I didnt take a screen shot either....

EDIT - I have the survey completed screen open (saved it in my history) should I contact them? Ive screen saved it

Ooh, I got an email about the Veetee rice sample as well! yum!

I think the funniest colour I had was Pond Scum Green. And it certainly was! (I also had the very rude SH-- colour as well, but it was accurate so I said yes! lol).

I did the cadburys one but never got credited, might have to do it again with different email and take screen shots, see if I can raise a complaint next time!

Just managed to complete a daily survey and one of the searching tasks which has got me over the target for the day for the first time since they reintroduced it!

Can't wait til I have my broadband reinstalled at home tomorrow so I can get back to hitting the SBTV and special offer videos again since trying to do anything via this dongle has been painful for the last couple of weeks.

I've had 2 daily surveys not credit this week so i'm not doing any more till they do.

I messaged them yesterday about the survey and all they said was. . .

Thank you for your email. I do apologize for the delay in receiving your credit. Please allow 3-5 business days for the survey team to credit your account.

Please note that those daily surveys are calculated by an automated system. Unfortunately if you did not receive the credit from any of those after the 5 business days, it is due to either not successfully completing the survey, or because you were disqualified. I know it may seem frustrating, but even if it says "completed" after you finish, it must then properly redirect you back to Swagbucks.com. We cannot manually credit users for those surveys. Once again, sorry for the trouble.
