ok so what your saying is I have authorised payment from my bank account by agreeing to their terms and conditions. I thought authorisation would require me to explicitly agree that I wanted money taken out of my account, when I say explicit I mean something like signing something to agree to a certain amount on a certain date. What does authorisation actually mean then?0

No I didn't inform them. I knew I'd already lost the deposit and from the email sent presumed no more action would be taken. So this deduction to my bank account is out of the blue as didn't read their terms and conditions.
Sean
Never presume.
And you said it yourself, you didn't read the T&Cs.I am employed as a manager in a financial services institution. My views are entirely my own.0 -
