Reclaiming your £10 fee?

Hiya, when I first looked into reclaiming my charges I'm sure I read that you could reclaim the £10 you have to pay for your statements. I'm now putting my claim letter together and now can't find any mention of this anywhere.
Am I imagining this, or can I really reclaim my £10 along with my charges?
Cheers!

Well yeah, I can see that point of view, but then again, you only have to pay THEM this £10 because THEY ILLEGALLY took your money in the first place... so it's not implausible to think you might be able to get it back.0
