1. You will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw by voting for your favourite advert and completing the entry form between the Entry Dates.
2. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged seventeen (17) years or over, with the exception of employees of Gocompare.com, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this Prize Draw.
3. Ten winners (“Winners”) will be drawn at random from the list of valid entrants on 30th April 2012.
4. The Winners of the Prize Draw will receive a 64GB Black Wi-Fi iPad (3rd generation) (“Prize”).
5. The decision of the judge(s) and Gocompare.com is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6. Only one entry per person shall be accepted.
7. The Winners will be notified via email by the 30th April 2012. They will be asked for their mobile number and Gocompare.com will call them back. The winner must claim his/her prize within 28 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
8. The Prize Draw Winners’ name will be published on https://www.gocompare.com or You can write to Win the new iPad Competition, Prize Winners, Gocompare.com, Unit 6, Imperial Courtyard, Newport, Gwent, NP10 8UL including a stamped envelope for the name of the Winner.
9. Gocompare.com will use any personal data submitted by You in accordance with UK data protection legislation and only for the purposes of running the Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw, You consent to the use of your personal data by Gocompare.com for the purposes of the administration of this Prize Draw.
10. The Winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity.
11. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be sold. Gocompare.com reserves the right to substitute, in their sole reasonable discretion, the Prize with a prize of equal value.
