Selling tickets on Viagogo - help

I bought some tickets on Viagogo a few months back but I can't make the event 7th April, so instead I sold the tickets using Viagogo.
The problem is I haven't received my tickets yet, it's bank holiday on friday and the event is on saturday. The tickets haven't even been dispatched.
What happens if I get the tickets on a thursday, that won't give me enough time to send the tickets to the other buyer, do I get charged for this too!?
