    Not to my knowledge unless things have drastically changed for this coming year.
    Some EU countries will offer you some financial help subject to their terms and conditions(like working a certain number of hours)
    You could consider a degree in UK which offers a year abroad(which you would get funding for from Student Finance)
    If you search back there are some threads about this already.
