We were discussing chb payments to PWCs for QCs - it's different for relevant other children living with NRPs. For a roc chb has to be in payment to either the NRP or their partner.0

That isn't true. I'm not sure whether they ask for the child benefit number whenever a PWC opens an account (for the children at any age) but if there is a dispute regarding who is the "PWC", ie. residence has changed over or there is exactly 50/50 shared care, they certainly use child benefit as the decider, whether the children are between 16-19 or younger.August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61
NSD : 2/80 -
From what I understand she will still receive CB but her tax code will be adjusted in accordance.0

I am NRP and we had to give our little girls CB number when he called the CSA to report a change in circumstances (ie we had a child together) so they could adjust his payments accordingly.0
