God, there are so many positive and negative threads about UW i'm really struggling to decide whether joining them as a distributor or not would be a good move, can anyone please advise?

May i ask how many customers you have and what income you receive from these each month?

Mr elephant wether you join is upto you and you will always here positives and negatives about this company.Everyones experience will be different. Visit one of the exec websites and check it out fully. Nigel wont tell you what he earns because its illegal in network marketing to do so.
If your wanting something more either for extra income or long term income then its something you should check out.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE Forum Team0 -

This seems a brilliant answer for any nosey questions Nigel might get asked on his tax return.

No paid up rep is going to admit here there is anything wrong with this outfit - it would be an admission he made a mistake.
But they do have a reps forum, and you will see someone you know from here admitting to experiencing "atrocious" customer service from UW, as well as another ex rep telling it like it is. Additionally in other threads you'll see how the reps break the non-advertising rules of the forum - and fall out with each other trying to get customers:

But that's UW reps way of doing things! Don't miss any opportunity.
Before their posts were regulated here, they thought nothing of posting anonymously that they had just come across a great deal from a company called telecomplus, saved a fortune and thought we should all try it out.

Happy to put the full quote - there was no intention to deceive. (You could of course have easily done this yourself if you felt there was some attempt at deception!).
The point of the quote was that elsewhere on their "own" forum, UW reps are prepared to use words such as atrocious about their company.
We have never seen any posts here from UW reps ever agreeing that their service can be "atrocious", though there have been plenty from ex-members of the UW "club".
The adjective "atrocius" was taken from this post on the UW reps forum:"I have had some excellent experiences when dealing with the service team and some fairly atrocious ones."0
