Hi
I've just returned from holiday to find that whatever number I dial from my BT landline, I get this message:
"Thank you for calling Talk... this office is now closed. Please leave a message... cannot leave a message as our mailbox is full"
I even get this if I dial 1571. Incoming calls are working fine and BT website line checker finds no problems with my number. I tried a different handset and get the same message.
Any ideas appreciated - thanks!

I haven't got a clue? I would ring BT tomorrow from a mobile or friends phone (it'll be free from a landline) and ask them what's going on.

Thanks. It turned out BT had placed a restriction on the line and it was routing calls to Talk Talk by default. The previous occupant must have had an account with them in the past.
