fonts

ok, before i start, i havent got photoshop.

theres a font id like to use that ive scanned off something, nothing i can find is similar, is there an easy way to say, take one letter from this font and have something generate it into the whole alphabet? without paying?!

    did a bit of searching and found this, might be what you're looking for, if not google 'free fonts', seem to be loads.

    thanks for that, but it couldnt find anything near it..i want to reproduce the EXACT font, not just a similar one..its a font someone just made up themselves you see

    Why no put a pic up here for others to see, will be easier to help that way, someone may know what the font is called.

    its not called anything, its handwritten. i know it can be done cos my friend did it once but he had photoshop or something and generated the extra characters :(

    Every font created has a name.

    You dont need photoshop to create fonts, Use a program like fontogrpaher, but in order to recreate the font, you will need every character. There is no automatic way to it.

    oh well, its a handwritten logo with 6 letters in and i wanted to do the rest..never mind
