Oh dear! What a shame. Never mind. With Shoal Enforcement being stripped of their BPA AOS membership and Jason scuttling off to his Spanish villa (or wherever) that leaves something of a vacuum in Solent City.

Perhaps that explains why those other south-coast giants from Brighton - Capital 2 Coast are suddenly muscling in on Shoal's old manor.

I can't imagine that Jason will be able to help himself though. The thought of all of those lambs to the slaughter and those piles of missed cash must be miffing him seriously.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

    Surprise, surprise.
"" A new company, Ultimate CPS, is carrying out work for some of White’s former customers including St Mary’s Church, who say they are being visited by the same clamping workers as before. In fact, the Echo can reveal Mr White is a director of the new company.""

Are St Mary's Church MAD? Makes you ask, as my kids go to Church schools, what would Jesus do?!!

Also a lot of places sign up for a clamper to do their worst for a year so anyone renewing such a contract now - with clamping due to be banned in six months time - must need their head examining.

How did Shoal get thrown out of the BPA? Did the cheque bounce?

No, the BPA told them it had arrived a day late, so they now owed double the fee!

Shoal then had their appeal declined so they left in a huff.

How Christian! I remember something about this in the Sermon on the Mount...

"If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well. If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. But if someone parks in your parking space, wheelclamp him, and make sure you get a towing fee while you're at it!"

    That was it, wasn't it?

Since when did churches have anything to do with Jesus? They probably wouldn't even let him in as he wasn't properly dressed.

He wouldn't have come. Unless he had kids he wanted to get into the good school affiliated to the church.
