I am flying very gently still today. I tried doing a bit of sorting and decluttering on Monday and as a result made my ribs excruciatingly painful. So yesterday I did virtually nothing and am feeling a bit better today.

I have just missed a doctors appointment and appointment with the practice vampire as we are completely snowed in. DH couldn't even get the 4wd out.

    Today's plan
DH and DSs to declutter the lane of snow
    DS3 skiing
    Order cleaning materials

Frog list no 2 is DH's accounts so I can get on with that today.

    lol at this country...

last Wednesday I came home from work and cut the lawn. On Thursday I did some gardening round the front and caught the sun.

Today - well instead of a smooth green lawn I have a smooth white one.

DD is an excellent decorator and tidy worker:D:D:D:D the section of wall she stripped the paper from is now painted. The brushes are going back though, as I said.

Tonight I plan to make toad in the hole. In my new oven:D:D

We had that 2 nights ago Valli..it was really nice.
Was supposed to be going to MrAs with mum today...the great big one a long way away but thanks to snow that plan has been scuppered we have about 4 inch here...instead I have hoovered all through the house..DWx2 WM x2 Airer emptied and refilled..WM needs emptying and refilling..will have to put TD on as no more room for clothes:mad:

Was surprised to find my DD for gas and elec has actually gone down this year...by £17 a month..have made a big effort not to use TD as much so it must have worked.

Think I will knock up some pasta for dinner...maybe HM pizza for tea..think I have garlic bread in freezer...

Have made some jelly and will be making some mint cupcakes later...littlies will enjoy helping with that.

    Hope the pain eases Poohbear59

Hi ladies, I haven't managed any flying today, I had a terrible night's sleep and have spent the day relaxing on the sofa! I'll catch up tomorrow, the only other plans I have is a midwife appointment and a trip to the butchers. I did put the dishwasher on earlier and made a proper tea and fruit salad for pud and I've done atleast 2 hours of my cross stitch so atleast that's something!

    Morning all!

Got all the windows and nets done yesterday! Slipped whole putting the last but one back and hurt my neck & shoulder - all achey today - that will teach me! DH finished the last of them for me - they look a whole lot better though! No nets in the kitchen and bathroom so less to do!

Decorating the bathroom (hopefully) over the weekend - just emulsion the walls, gloss the paintwork, stain/varnish the window frame and re-grout the tiles - sounds like a lot to do in the smallest room!

Will strip the bed next - sheets can go back later. Hope everyone has a good day!
    :j Almost 2 stones gone! :j
