    I always use the correct information, if I do not like the look of a site and they want much more than name and e-mail address I don't bother.
    From out of over 100 wins (worth almost £6k) I have only once been asked to prove any details, that was from woohoo a free bingo site and they wanted e-mailed (which is not secure) a copy of my photo driving licence or passport plus recent bank statement or utility bill, I didn't think it was worth the risk for just a £20 voucher. (For £1750+ worth of stuff from survey sites I have never had to prove id either)
