when i was looking a this site the other day although i am a registered member ie never paid any subs although i meant to.
however i now have access to view files. i dont recall signing up for anything and i certainly havent paid anything.
however they are running a 'free trial' and im sure ive read on here somewhere that you sign up for the freebie and then they start taking money from your bank account. surely though if i did signs up my 14 day free trial would have expired on the date i registered would it not?
sorry this sounds confusing. its confusiong me. what im concerned about is if i did sign up and cant remember (believe me ive got such a terrible memory) i wish to pull out of subscribing but i cannot find anything in my profile or on the site where to pull out. what im concerned about is if they take a full years subscription in one go. i do want to use the site but only for one months but havent signed up yet.
confused? so am i.

Very confused lol, apart from the free trial option I can't see any other way of signing up without paying
I'm guessing that you must have signed up for the free trial somewhere along the way and give them payment details but not sure if they will take a month, 6 months or a year in one go if you dont cancel.
There's instructions on how to cancel (and contact) HERE
There's even a free phone number 0800 404 9723:T0
