Here is your chance to get some great prizes in 20 seconds or even less. All you need to do is to create a short (10-20seconds) humorous video or take a picture of what you think you should try before you buy. The best 10 videos and 10 best pictures will be uploaded onto our Facebook page on the 16th of April. From then until the 22nd of April, videos and pictures that collect the highest number of 'likes' will be the winners (for videos: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, for the picture 1st place only).

1. This competition is open worldwide for all people aged 18 or over.

2. Videos and pictures should be submitted to mail@tryitbuyitproperty.com. Pictures can be also submitted by mail to TryitBuyitProperty.com, 43b Princes Crescent, Bare Morecambe, Lancashire, LA4 6BY . The email or mail should also provide your personal details: date of birth, address and telephone number. Without this, your application cannot be considered. Size of the video or picture attached cannot exceed 20 MB.

3. By submitting your work you accept that the video or picture can be used by TryitBuyitProperty.com for any purpose. However, the copyright of videos and pictures remain with the respective entrants. All submitted material must be your own original work and not subject to copyright and by submitting you agree to these terms. Try it Buy it Property.com will not be liable for any mis use of copyright material.

4. By submitting your work you automatically accept the Terms and Conditions of the competition.

5. One person is allowed to send no more than 2 videos; or 2 pictures and 1 video; or 3 pictures. Late, defected or inappropriate (offensive, racist or indecent) entries will not be accepted. Entries cannot be sent through third parties.

6. On the 16th of April 10 best videos and 10 best pictures will be selected by tryitbuyitproperty.com and displayed on our Facebook page. From then on the competition of 'likes' begins and continues until the 22nd of April (12noon) when the number of likes of each video and picture will be counted.

7. Each video (10) and picture (10) selected by tryitbuyitproperty.com will have its specific number which can be used by you to promote your video and collect 'likes'.

8. The 1st,,2nd and 3rd place winners will be decided by number of 'likes' in Facebook (the highest number of likes collected wins 1st, 2nd and 3rd place accordingly. There is a 1st place for the picture only).

9. The winners will be announced within 7 days from the close date of the competition. The winners will be notified by email or mail. Rankings of the videos will be also displayed on our Facebook page and the tryitbuyitproperty.com website.

10. The prizes are: 1st place video £200, 2nd place video £100, 3rd place video £60. 1st place picture £100. The prize transaction or delivery costs will be covered by the company.

11. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

12. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
