Hi, My wife applied for the Flex Account on Friday and requested overdraft during on application. She received immediate decision stating application has been agreed with debit card and cheque book but no overdraft.

Do Nationwide match overdrafts from another bank if used switching service?

After how long they will consider overdraft on the account?

I can't answer your specific questions, but in their FAQ section they say you can complete an appeals form from branch (and submit to branch) for their consideration.

However, they also say that all overdraft requests will incur an additional credit search.
