NEARLY a NSD for me today, mum gave me the £ for the parking before heading to my nieces 1st b'day (I did try to not take the £ but she insisted) Had a lovely time seeing my niece and lots of family many of whom I haven't seen for ages. Managed to chat about clothes shopping and music with the teens there so didn't feel quite so old lol! Then, when everyone had gone, niece did her first stand up on her own! (nearly ended with a faceplant on the wooden floor though! scary stuff) so she'll be walking in no time. Present of the silver earth went down well and she got lots of lovely gifts.

So far so good, but by the time we left, I realised I had no bread in the house for sarnies and OH won't like the ciabatta roll in the freezer, was going to make a quick loaf out of some mix I had squirrelled away, but really couldn't face that as also had ironing to do so stopped and bought a loaf of bread - thus scuppering my NSD but prob saving my sanity.

  • Hope everyone had a good weekend! Doing this on my phone so 'pologies for any mistakes!

Can't remember what I last declared but I'm on NSD 8 now!

Spendy weekend, mainly my own fault for not being organised with food! Worked at the bookies yesterday, depressingly quiet for a national day, but at least it meant I could nip out for food.

Big shop today and treated myself to new gym trainers with a friends discount, can't wait to try them out tomorrow, I get pains in my hips and they did gait analysis and I run funny so hopefully this will help! Only 26 sound like I'm elderly!

    Good Morning,

Back to work. Never mind, there is less chance of me spending money when I’m at work than at the weekend. Every cloud and all that.

Well done to everyone who captured another NSD

Allie Ballie Bee – Well done for getting up to NSD #4. :j The target isn’t far away now. :)

Beanielou – NSD #11 that’s excellent. :j I hope your back has eased off abit and your starting to feel better. :)

Bottleofred – NSD #11. Brilliant. :T Well done on finding the winner of the National. :T I never put a bet on but if I had the horse I would have chosen came in 4th. Hope you enjoyed your weekend. :)

    Flying – A brilliant NSD #8 for you. :j Well done. :)

Igamogam – Into double figures NSD #10. :T Well done and you’ll crack that target no bother :)

Itsapuzzle – Well done for getting NSD #8 in the bag. :T You are doing brilliantly. :)

Jaffacakegal – Up to NSD #8 now. :j That’s brilliant. Enjoy the new trainers. :)

Keiss 21 – A brilliant NSD #10 for you :T and I hope you feel better very soon. It seems there is a lot of it going about. :)

Marmiterulesok – Up to an excellent NSD #10. :j Well done and enjoy your week with your visitors. :)

ModestyB – NSD #5 for you. :j That’s excellent. Half way there! :)

Slowlyfading – You are up to a brilliant NSD #8. :j Well done. :)

    And hello to

Kerri gt – Sounds like you had a lovely day with your family. :) And I’m not surprised you couldn’t face baking bread and ironing. Ironing is not my favourite past time either. :)

I am declaring NSD #12 for yesterday. :j

I had a lovely day (not) doing housework and gardening. :( Why is a weekend off never a weekend off

I suppose it stopped me from spending money.

Have a great Monday everyone, I'm going back to work for a rest!!! :)
