    Nabbed NSD # 4 today, unexpectedly. :j

The bike shop is closed today, so we can't collect said bike...what a shame! ;) Think we may be doing it tomorrow instead...so a trip to the garden centre is still on :D. LMH - I used to work in a garden centre...think I spent all my pay there :rotfl: Also, best not to visit with DH in tow, unless needed to carry things! :D

DS1 has come home with GF (lovely girl), so needing to make a couple of the burgers without breadcrumbs (she avoids wheat)...I use the breadcrumbs to make the meat go further..much needed with my two big lads about!!! :) Peeling onions atm...sniff!!

Have a good weekend all xxx

Hope you're all having a lovely day off (well those who are off) Day at home here, had a lovely long lie in, then did some garden maintenance with OH - got a large raised bed section done before we moved in and a section of the log edgeing had rotted right through at the bottom. Were thinking about replacing it all but luckily we had a leftover section of log roll from another job, which was just enough to repair the section that had badly rotted (very :money:)

Just made banana and apple muffins but didn't have enough self raising flower, had to use bits from two recipies but not sure how they have turned out - seem a bit doughy from the little bit I just tasted :( birds might be getting a treat.

Still, NSD for today still looking good at least :)

I made banana muffins today and they are exactly the same, stodgy and not cooked properly. Very disappointed.

Well at least it wasn't just me - for mine I think my mix was too wet the first time, going to sample the second batch after dinner.
