Firstly, a big WELCOME! to all the Newbies :kisses3: It's brilliant on this thread whether you need inspiration, a few tips or a good belly laugh and a hug you will get it here

I am trying to have several NSDs to recover from lack of funds last month, so nothing to pot at the moment. I'm desperately hoping for sun this weekend as I have been 'volunteered' to stock and man a stall at the Jubilee Garden party at my local village pub on Sunday :eek: Pleeese let it be dry....The chosen charity is Help for Heroes ( so I'm more than happy to help) and I'm stocking my stall with my handmade cards, second hand books and a few cakes and desperately hoping someone will buy from me. It will be so embarrassing if no-one does OH will be at work so I will be all alone Never mind I'll think of you all and you will be with me in spirit

Well, I'm off to make a few more cards to sell as it's very dull here and I have a good excuse for a relaxing day :rotfl:

5 X £2 coins into the Chicago & New York 2013 spending fund. 11p road change, my daily £2 plus a lot of coins "liberated" from DW's purse in the wee hours when I got home this morning. Ssh, don't tell her, I don't think she's realised yet!

Aw thank you, rosyq, I'm a bit nervous I admit because I so want to make lots of money for the charity Have a super day at the pageant and we'll give you until Monday night before we come looking 'cos you might be having a lovely time and not want to come back too soon
